The brief
Build something that moves value between people who don't share a bank. Think market traders settling with suppliers, families splitting a bill across networks, a courier collecting on delivery, or a savings group tracking who has paid. It must work for someone whose phone is basic and whose connection drops. Assume no card, no branch visit, and no reliable data. You are not being judged on integrating a real payment provider — a convincing simulation is fine. You are being judged on whether the flow makes sense to someone who has never seen your app.
